Hisham Zaid has been the General Manager of the National Palestinian Health Insurance and Medical Expenditure Administration Company (Nathealth) since November 2022. Established on July 1, 2013, Nathealth is Palestine's first third-party administration (TPA) company for healthcare claims.

Previously, Hisham served as the General Manager of Reach for Telecom Services from 2018 to 2022. Founded in 2009 as part of the PalTel Group, Reach is Palestine’s first and largest contact center and BPO service provider. Prior to his role at Reach, he led Palmedia Media Center as General Manager for over six years, overseeing one of the MENA region's largest media production houses and a top broadcasting service provider.

Throughout his career, Hisham has held various senior IT and commercial roles, including Business Development Director at Hulul Business Solutions (2009–2011) and Deputy Division Chief of IT Policies at the Palestine Monetary Authority (2006–2008). He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science (2002) from Northwestern University.

Dina is a finance manager at Nathealth Palestine, holding a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Bethlehem University. she pursued the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation, solidifying her expertise as a certified financial manager, and earned her Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. With five years of experience in the insurance industry and four years in the telecom sector (working for the National Insurance Company and Ooredoo, respectively), Dina also has two years of experience in microfinance company. Her strong educational background, professional certifications, and diverse industry experience contribute significantly to Nathealth Palestine's financial success and growth.

Hiba Fayez Jaber is the PMC and Inpatient claims Department Manager at Nathealth , bringing over 16 years of expertise in Health insurance , claims operations , and pre- medical approvals .

Hiba holds a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy form Al-Ahliyya Amman University ; she combines her healthcare knowledge with industry insights to support Nathealth’ s commitment to effective claims management and

ensure seamless and high-quality service for policy holders

Wasim is the Network Medical Manager at Nathealth, overseeing provider relationships and network efficiency  . He ensures high-quality, accessible healthcare services through effective contract management and compliance. His work is integral to Nathealth mission of connecting members with trusted healthcare provider

Miral Rantissi is a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Business Administration. She is the Office Manager and HR Supervisor at the National Palestinian Health Insurance and Medical Expenditure (Nathealth) since May 2022 until this date. She tailors her skills to meet the emerging challenges of the company. She has increased efficiency in her assigned roles and participated effectively in drawing the policies and procedures together with the team. She ensures that Nathealth is a productive, organized and welcoming place for all team members.

Accuracy, passion, communication, teamwork, and customer satisfaction are the most important pillars that identify my role as an Account Management Team Leader at NatHealth-Palestine; the first Palestinian company that is specialized in insurance management and TPA services. I started my career  with the company since its establishment in Palestine 10 years ago. Through this journey, i gained  sufficient skills, trainings, and experience that qualified my to be one of the company`s team leaders.

My role as an Account Management Team Leader is critical as it requires a great level of discipline, accuracy, time and team management, and most importantly a professional level of communication skills since its involve managing and acting as the central point of contact for all insurance and self fund companies. Also, i am responsible for managing the activity and staff of the division, including planning and scheduling requirements according to established procedures and management directives.
